The role of EHS & Training Manager at Nelbud Services LLC is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the company's commitment to workplace safety and employee development. This position is responsible for driving the environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives and the comprehensive training programs across the organization's branches. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of safety plans and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including OSHA. These efforts not only protect employees but also reinforce Nelbud's culture of safety and operational excellence. In addition, the EHS & Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge, particularly focusing on those new to the company. Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) is a critical element of this role, ensuring all training materials remain current, relevant, and engaging to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. The manager will also be involved in special projects within the Human Resources department, providing a strategic link between safety, training, and broader HR objectives. This position requires someone with a blend of expertise in safety regulations, practical experience in evaluating workplace risks, and a passion for developing and delivering effective training programs. The EHS & Training Manager will be expected to travel regularly—up to 30%—to various branch locations, ensuring consistent application of safety and training standards across all sites.   • Advanced degree and/or at least 3 years of related experience
  • Understanding and experience working with OSHA regulations, worker compensation, and outside insurance companies
