This includes overseeing maintenance tasks for all private, public, and back-of-house areas as well as the building exterior. The Maintenance Manager develops and administers preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring work orders are processed and documented promptly and accurately. This position requires a strong understanding of various mechanical systems such as chillers, boilers, plumbing, electrical systems, refrigeration equipment, and the hotel shuttle. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager ensures compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. • High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
• Valid driver’s license
• Pool certification or ability to attain within 60 days
• TIPS certification required or must be obtained prior to employment
• Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, crouch, and work in precarious places
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
