Detailed Responsibilities

  • Cabin Safety Leadership: Your primary role is safety. You must be proficient in the use of all emergency equipment (oxygen bottles, defibrillators, evacuation slides). You will conduct safety demonstrations, monitor cabin compliance, and act decisively during emergencies such as turbulence, medical incidents, or security threats.
  • Premium Service Delivery: Provide world-class service in all cabins, including Flagship First and Business Class. This involves intricate meal services, beverage knowledge (sommelier training provided for premium routes), and anticipating the needs of high-value customers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage interpersonal conflicts, seat duplication issues, and non-compliant passengers with professionalism and de-escalation techniques.
  • Global Operations: You may be assigned to domestic or international trips. This requires managing customs documentation, adhering to foreign entry requirements, and respecting cultural norms in destination cities.
  • Reserve Duty: New hires typically start on "Reserve" status, meaning you must be available on-call to cover scheduling needs. Flexibility is a non-negotiable requirement.

Requirements

  • Must be 20 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college education preferred.
  • Ability to attend 6.5 weeks of unpaid training at our Training & Conference Center (accommodations provided).
