The company is currently hiring for the role of Lot Attendant at the location 700 Airport Parkway, South Burlington, VT 05403. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The role offers a starting pay rate of $20 per hour, with opportunities for yearly merit increases based on performance. Responsibilities include moving vehicles efficiently across branches or to repair shops, organizing teams to maximize productivity, maintaining vehicle inventories, and performing various tasks such as shuttling cars and handling data entry from internal systems. Moreover, the role involves physical activity including standing and walking for long periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions. This position does not require a commercial driver’s license (CDL) but demands a valid non-commercial driver’s license and a keen sense of safety and organization.
