The position available is a managerial role responsible for supporting the Director of Operations at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food, beverage, and bowling operations to ensure that guest service standards are met and exceeded. This vital role is instrumental in achieving revenue, income, and market share objectives. The role requires active collaboration with the General Manager to establish and uphold company standards, guidelines, and objectives while ensuring the efficient staffing and operational planning of all food, beverage, and bowling areas. Responsibilities include monitoring all venue activities, optimizing staffing and working conditions, managing budgets to ensure profitability, and enforcing policies and procedures. The role demands a leader who can evaluate financial and operational metrics, discover opportunities for improvement, and implement effective changes to drive success. Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in recruiting, training, motivating, and directing employees while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards to sustain an "A" health code rating. This position requires a thorough understanding of catering and venue operations, including menus, bar packages, event setup and breakdown, and coordination between sales and operations teams during events.
