The position being offered is for a full-time Line Cook, with an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, reflecting the establishment’s commitment to rewarding skilled kitchen professionals adequately. This role is integral to maintaining the high culinary standards that Flanker prides itself on, ensuring guests receive consistent and delicious food every time they visit. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing various menu items accurately by following established recipes and instructions derived from the company’s Point of Sale system and collaboration with the kitchen expeditor. Their work directly impacts the overall guest experience by guaranteeing food quality and timely service.
In addition to food preparation, the Line Cook will adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, including allergy and dietary restriction accommodations, sanitation compliance, and station upkeep.
