We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our Culinary Department. This role demands a candidate with comparable culinary experience who is fully available to work in the dynamic and ever-changing schedules typical within the hospitality industry. The position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and requires full flexibility to work AM, MID, and PM shifts, which may start as early as 5 AM and end as late as 11:30 PM, including weekends and holiday availability. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high culinary standards of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include preparing, maintaining, and monitoring the quality control for a variety of hot food items such as meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings. You will be expected to prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards, serve guest orders promptly and courteously, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of your workstation at all times. The Line Cook is also responsible for visually inspecting all food leaving the kitchen to ensure it meets the hotel's quality standards for appearance and taste.
