We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions including Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs. This role is essential to the kitchen team, responsible for preparing food according to established recipes and standards, maintaining safety and sanitation protocols, and ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets the company’s high standard. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a Line Cook or similar role at P.F. Chang's, you will be engaged in preparing and cooking all food items to company specifications, plating prepared foods under the guidance of the chef, and taking responsibility for the setup, operation, cleaning, and breakdown of kitchen equipment. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with washing dishes, cleaning floors, sanitizing utensils, and upholding the highest standards of kitchen sanitation and food service safety.
