We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cook with morning availability to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is critical in ensuring all food items are prepared timely and accurately, adhering to our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety. The Cook will operate in a busy, action-packed kitchen environment, demonstrating attention to detail and a passion for food preparation. This position involves ordering and preparing food quantities based on guest counts and budget constraints, maintaining an impeccably clean and organized workspace, and following stringent safety and sanitation protocols at every level. This role requires a keen understanding of handling kitchen equipment safely, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and working collaboratively with team members in a professional manner.   • 1-2 years of prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field preferred
