Candidates will be working closely with the Chef and Sous Chef, utilizing state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and trusted recipes. The role involves preparing fresh, seasonal dishes, supporting kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Although prior experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and butchery skills is appreciated, it is not mandatory, making this role accessible to enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a culinary career. Key responsibilities include managing food preparation while handling incoming orders throughout the day, interacting warmly with guests to demonstrate a passion for foodservice, and accommodating dietary restrictions with attention and care. The Culinary Team Member acts as a crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure food is served at optimal temperatures and quality. They are expected to operate various kitchen appliances such as blenders, ovens, flat-top grills, and stand mixers while maintaining a pristine workstation, even during peak hours. Additionally, they prepare necessary sauces and accompaniments ahead of meal service, estimate food consumption, fill out prep lists, and take on added responsibilities as required.
