Currently, SSP America is seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join its restaurant teams operating inside PHX Airport. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $25.55 along with valuable benefits including two weeks of paid vacation, referral bonuses, and employer-covered benefits amounting to 95 percent of the cost. Line cooks play a pivotal role in the kitchen operations by ensuring food items are prepared accurately and efficiently according to established recipes and portion controls. Candidates will be responsible for the daily setup and maintenance of kitchen stations, stock requisition, and the proper handling and rotation of food products to maintain freshness and quality standards. The role requires hands-on involvement in the cleaning and upkeep of kitchen equipment and machinery, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment compliant with health regulations. Line cooks will also complete essential opening and closing checklists to support smooth shift transitions.
