We are currently inviting applications for an experienced full-time Line Cook position. As a Line Cook, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food items to the high standards set by the executive chef and management team. The role demands proficiency in culinary techniques such as making stocks, sauces, sautéing, grilling, poaching, and plating. It requires strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, including proper food cooling and storage practices as per health department regulations. The Line Cook must be skilled in reading and interpreting tickets both on kitchen monitors and printed orders to expedite dishes accurately and timely. Possession of knives and other small handheld tools is required as part of the uniform.
