Europa Village is seeking a full-time Restaurant Line Cook to join the vibrant team at Bolero Restaurante. This role is ideal for a cooking enthusiast who brings an outgoing, self-motivated, and energetic personality to the kitchen. Candidates must have a passion for preparing food with finesse and a minimum of two years of line cook experience, especially in fine dining environments, which is considered a significant asset. The line cook will report directly to the Executive Chef and be responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes and standards, particularly those that celebrate the Spanish tapas tradition. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to upholding the highest food safety and sanitation guidelines. Duties include setting up and cleaning workstations, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are ready at the start of each shift, and accommodating guest dietary restrictions while maintaining the culinary integrity of each dish. Beyond food preparation, the line cook contributes to maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere by assisting colleagues and communicating effectively.
