This role may also involve operating kitchen machinery and equipment, as well as completing opening, ongoing, and closing checklists necessary for smooth kitchen operations. We prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of our food preparation process, expecting our Line Cooks to carry out general and specific cleaning duties as required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of line cook experience in a restaurant setting and possess good communication skills in English to interact effectively with guests and team members. The role requires the physical ability to work on your feet for long periods and operate within confined spaces in the kitchen environment.
