At Wesley Court, the Lifestyle Assistant role is a vital part of the team, offering a unique opportunity to engage actively with residents and support their social and recreational needs. The Lifestyle Assistant role focuses on planning, leading, and motivating residents to participate in a range of daily planned activities tailored to enrich their lives and promote social interaction. Assisting the Lifestyle Director, the Lifestyle Assistant plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing programs that celebrate special occasions and relevant themes, contributing to a dynamic event calendar. Additionally, the assistant helps organize group trips and outings, broadening residents' experiences outside the community. Effective communication is essential, and this role includes disseminating programming information across multiple channels such as newsletters, in-house television, postings, mailings, and electronic messaging, ensuring that all residents and family members stay informed and engaged.
