The Life Enrichment Assistant role at Legend Senior Living is vital to maintaining the quality and vibrancy of life within the community. This position involves assisting in planning and executing various resident activities and events suited to their interests and needs. The Life Enrichment Assistant contributes significantly to sustaining an engaging atmosphere by developing activity calendars, coordinating with external organizations, budgeting, organizing logistics like setup and cleanup, and ensuring that activities resonate with the residents' preferences. An essential part of the role also involves driving residents to and from outings in company vehicles, providing oversight to specific life enrichment components such as Memory Care activities, and maintaining effective communication with both residents and staff. 
This role is scheduled Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, offering a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance.
