In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of ground handling staff, ensuring that every aircraft turnaround is performed safely and efficiently. This is one of the most vital airport jobs for maintaining our flight schedule and safety standards.

Leadership Duties

• Supervise: Direct the loading and unloading process, assigning tasks to crew members.
• Training: Mentor new hires on safety protocols, equipment operation, and marshaling signals.
• Audit: Perform safety checks on ground support equipment (GSE) and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Problem Solve: Resolve operational issues such as late bags or weight and balance discrepancies with the flight deck.
