The role of Lead Elite Guest Concierge at the Regency Club is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the quality of this exclusive experience. As the face of this elite service, the Lead Elite Guest Concierge is responsible for delivering warm, intuitive, and attentive service that anticipates guest needs and fulfills special requests, thus ensuring that each visit is extraordinary. This position requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and hospitality expertise as the individual oversees the daily operations and presentation of the Regency Club, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment at all times. In this role, the concierge will provide expert guidance for reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries, actively enhancing each guest's stay through thoughtful and tailored service. Managing and curating a dynamic guest database to capture preferences and visit history is also a crucial aspect, allowing the concierge to anticipate future needs and deliver seamless, high-touch service. Collaboration is key, as the Lead Elite Guest Concierge partners closely with the Executive Sous Chef to design and implement weekly pop-up culinary events that invigorate the guest experience with creative innovation. Additionally, this role involves partnership with the Food & Beverage team to contribute to the development and execution of the hotel’s beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with guest tastes and brand standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are vital to effectively supervise Food & Beverage attendants working in the Executive Lounge and to support senior leadership initiatives. Flexibility is also important, as the Lead Elite Guest Concierge must be ready to step in as a Food & Beverage Attendant when necessary.
