• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
• safe server alcohol & food handlers certification required
• high school diploma or equivalent
• three years of high volume bar/food service experience
• supervisory/lead bartender experience preferred
• basic computer and computational skills
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
• ability to work in extreme temperatures
• ability to work independently and in a team
