The Housekeeping Inspector at Country Inn & Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront plays a crucial role in upholding the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and service excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas meet and exceed the established standards of cleanliness and functionality. The Housekeeping Inspector must maintain superior cleanliness levels and make certain that the property reflects a 'clean, crisp' environment where everything operates seamlessly. They oversee all components of hotel cleanliness, ensuring that all housekeeping personnel are well-trained according to company-approved programs and that all employees adhere fairly and appropriately to company policies and procedures.
