This position is for a Bar Attendant role at the Montgomery, Alabama location, designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The Bar Attendant will be responsible for opening and closing the hotel bar according to company policies, maintaining a clean and organized bar and food prep area, and delivering excellent customer service consistent with the Drury culture. This role requires a solid understanding of drink mixing, cash handling, and various equipment operations such as cash registers and kitchen appliances. Effective communication skills in English and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism are essential. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
