The role offered is key to maintaining the high standards of food preparation and presentation across various live events and venue operations. It involves contributing to the preparation, cooking, and attractive presentation of food items to ensure guests receive high-quality and memorable culinary experiences. The role also requires maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment that supports efficient operational flow and complies with health and safety standards. This position supports banquet service by ensuring all banquet event orders (BEO) are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. Additional responsibilities include preparing recipes as directed, ensuring all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to schedule, designing buffet food presentations that attract and satisfy customers, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role may involve multitasking in a fast-paced setting, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills. Working hours can be flexible, covering daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demanding schedules of live events.
