• Must have at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience
• Culinary training preferred
• ServSafe training certification preferred or must complete Cinépolis training
• Proficiency in kitchen operations
• Working knowledge of U.S measurements
• Ability to follow chemical use instructions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle stress positively
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
