The hotel is within walking distance to iconic local attractions such as Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and an array of dining, live music, and shopping venues. We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join the team at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel on a part-time basis. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.00 and is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to cleanliness and customer service. This role is vital to maintaining the hotel's reputation for outstanding guest satisfaction by ensuring that guestrooms and public areas are spotless, well-stocked, and inviting. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning of guestrooms to company standards, prepping supplies and linens, removing trash and dirty linens, and ensuring common areas are tidy and presentable. Room Attendants will also manage housekeeping carts, replenish cleaning materials, report missing items or maintenance needs promptly, and handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies. Effective communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential, as is the ability to handle physical demands such as standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds periodically.
