The Custodial Host/Hostess plays a vital role in upholding this standard by ensuring that the entire center remains clean, orderly, and inviting to all guests throughout their visit.
The Custodial Host/Hostess is responsible for achieving and maintaining center-wide cleanliness by utilizing proper equipment, cleaners, and cleaning techniques to ensure a hygienic and safe atmosphere. This role requires a dedicated individual who understands the importance of cleanliness as a foundation of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. In addition to cleanliness, the role calls for a strong customer service orientation, requiring the Custodial Host/Hostess to interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, enhancing their overall experience. The position involves following established operating procedures to consistently clean assigned areas, respond promptly to custodial issues, and support fellow crew members to foster effective teamwork and smooth workflow. Accuracy in documenting cleaning activities and maintaining adherence to emergency and safety protocols is also crucial. This is a part-time or full-time position, depending on operational needs, and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Overall, this role is essential in supporting the company’s mission to create a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests and employees alike, making a significant impact on the maintenance and reputation of the facility.
- Must have basic knowledge in using cleaning equipment and the use of cleaners
