The role of Park Services Team Member at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an essential position focused on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction within the park environment. These team members play a critical role in greeting guests warmly and ensuring that both public areas and behind-the-scenes locations meet high standards for cleanliness and sanitation. This role is hands-on and requires a proactive attitude toward maintaining the look and feel of the park throughout the day. Park Services Team Members are responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, restroom maintenance, and trash collection, demonstrating an understanding of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Additionally, team members ensure the park's food service areas—such as dining rooms, queue lines, and kitchens—are kept sanitary and inviting. The role requires replenishing supplies routinely, managing the cleanliness and stock of supply rooms and custodial closets, and locking them securely at the end of shifts. Beyond cleaning duties, the position involves guest interaction, assisting visitors with directions and other information to enhance their experience. The job demands physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform duties in various weather conditions, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
