If you are hired, your employment will be under the franchisee you join, who sets their own terms of employment including wages and benefits, which can vary among different franchise locations. This particular opportunity is for a part-time Barista position based in Bolingbrook, IL. The role requires morning and weekday availability and offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $14 to $15, depending on experience. In addition, the position includes paid training and meal and drink discounts. As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and handcrafting beverages and food items that meet established standards. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders accurately, preparing and serving beverages and food, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the store. The role demands attention to detail and adherence to proper food handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety. Beyond customer service, you will also assist with inventory management by stocking and replenishing supplies, monitoring product availability, and communicating any shortages promptly. Administrative duties such as ordering products, organizing stockrooms, and coordinating with vendors may also be part of your responsibilities.
