This role offers a full-time, salaried position with compensation ranging from $30,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience and performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer interaction, both in person and over the phone. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing warm and professional interactions that reflect our agency’s values. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities, comfort with sales conversations, and proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Additionally, you will support the broader team with administrative duties and special projects, helping to maintain office efficiency and excellent client service.
