  • College degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience in gaming or hospitality
  • 3 years of event planning experience
  • Familiarity with casino management system (CMS) preferred
  • Proficient with basic computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to type 35 words per minute
  • Able to use 10 key calculator
  • Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
