The Division Manager of Concessions role at Aramark is a leadership position focused on managing the concessions food and beverage operations at Capital One Arena, home to the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $110,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the position. The ideal candidate will strategically plan, manage, and oversee the Concessions department to meet operational and financial goals while addressing client objectives and customer needs.
In this role, the Division Manager will lead a team that provides expert oversight over contracted services and ensure hands-on management of daily operations. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong client and community relationships, continuously assessing and improving service delivery to enhance employee and customer satisfaction levels. The Division Manager will also be instrumental in developing and leading a capable management team, driving organizational objectives forward, and recommending strategic methods for service improvement and business growth.
Financial management is a key responsibility, requiring collaboration with Finance to develop and manage budgets and implement improvements that optimize financial performance and operational productivity. Equally important is ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to Aramark’s standards of operation and business conduct policies, including safety standards.
