The position of Restaurant Manager at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations within the facility. This leadership position requires managing the staffing, scheduling, and training of hourly restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. The manager is charged with maintaining high standards of quality control, guest relations, sanitation, cash handling, and safety compliance.
