The position available is for a Pitmaster/Meat Cutter, a crucial role responsible for overseeing the pit and meat operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in cooking and preparing high-quality smoked meats, ensuring that all products meet the brand's strict standards for taste, texture, and presentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using smokers and other meat processing equipment, knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation practices, and skilled in managing inventory and minimizing food waste in the pit area.
