This role is focused on leading and managing the culinary team to provide best-in-class dining experiences that align with Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. The position is salaried, with an annual base starting at $61,000, plus additional financial incentives such as competitive quarterly bonuses, a merit plan, full benefits, a 401K plan with a company match, and a lucrative paid time off package. The Culinary Manager will play a critical role in supervising kitchen operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing inventory and costs, and collaborating with corporate teams to standardize recipes and plan menus for special events. This leadership role requires an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
