The Assistant Coach, also known as the Assistant General Manager, works closely with the Head Coach and other team members to drive operational success, mentor staff, and uphold the brand's high standards. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $74,000 USD annually, with additional potential earnings through a 15% bonus. Full-time employment status is required with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week.   • Meet all minimum requirements of the Shift Leader role, including Kitchen Lead and Team Member physical requirements
  • 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
