The Assistant Coach, also known as the Assistant General Manager, works closely with the Head Coach and other team members to drive operational success, mentor staff, and uphold the brand's high standards. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $74,000 USD annually, with additional potential earnings through a 15% bonus. Full-time employment status is required with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week. You will work in partnership with the Head Coach to manage hiring, onboarding, and training, ensuring that your team operates smoothly and meets the brand's standards for quality and guest experience. Your role will involve monitoring food safety protocols and cleanliness, addressing any facility or supply issues promptly, and maintaining superior audit results. Using data-driven insights, you will contribute to driving sales growth, managing costs, implementing effective schedules, and optimizing operational systems and processes. As an Assistant Coach, you will also perform shift leader duties, including responsibilities from the kitchen lead and team member roles. You will mentor team members to foster their professional growth and leadership development, ensuring that the customer journey is consistently hospitable, fast, and memorable, both in store and digitally. This position demands excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and confidence in decision-making under pressure. • Meet all minimum requirements of the Shift Leader role, including Kitchen Lead and Team Member physical requirements
• 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification
• Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
