The role of Director of Food & Beverage at Driftwood Hospitality Management is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all activities and services within the Food & Beverage Division. This includes ensuring that all outlets and event operations align with the hotel's established standards to provide memorable experiences for guests while delivering profitable results to owners and investors. This full-time position demands an experienced Food & Beverage leader with an extensive background in culinary operations and banquet management within hotel, resort, or fine dining environments. The Director's responsibility includes achieving budgeted food and beverage sales, managing labor costs, and ensuring overall profitability through strategic planning and competitive analysis. They will spearhead marketing initiatives, collaborate with banquet planners and chefs, and maintain rigorous control procedures to ensure operational excellence.
The position requires managing a team of leaders, coordinating shift schedules, and fostering a culture of service excellence through training programs and clear communication. The Director must ensure a safe, sanitized, and well-organized food and beverage operation that meets all regulatory and quality standards.
