The kitchen steward is also responsible for maintaining and operating dishwashing machines, adhering to both hotel and health department standards. The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so the role requires flexibility in shift days, starting times, and hours worked to meet operational demands. • High school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in a hospitality or kitchen steward role preferred
• ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
