The role of Doughnut Maker at Krispy Kreme is essential for maintaining the quality and consistency that customers expect from this iconic brand. As a Doughnut Maker, you will play a critical part in the production of fresh doughnuts using Krispy Kreme’s founder’s original recipe. This role involves hands-on preparation including mixing dough, yeast brew, glaze, and fillings using carefully measured ingredients. You will be responsible for ensuring each doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s exacting standards for freshness and quality, contributing to the signature experience customers enjoy when they see the Hot Light on in shops signaling that doughnuts are being made fresh on the line.
Alongside crafting doughnuts, you will also maintain strict sanitation standards in the production area to guarantee a clean, safe working environment. This helps ensure the smooth operation of equipment and adherence to quality control practices such as recording times and temperatures of all products.
