The Food Service Worker role at Aramark is a dynamic full-time position located at 4501 East 32nd Street, Indianapolis, IN, specifically serving the Paramount Indianapolis Charter Schools - Stonegate Add-on location. This role operates during the AM shift with the unique benefit of no weekend, holiday, or summer work, providing a balanced work-life schedule for employees. The position primarily involves preparing and portioning food items in accordance with production demands and Aramark's stringent sanitation standards. Using daily worksheets and standardized recipes, the Food Service Worker plays a critical role in ensuring meals are consistently prepared to quality expectations while maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols. Key responsibilities include following precise food preparation lists and Aramark recipes, adhering to proper food handling procedures, and managing food rotation to maintain freshness and quality. This role also includes responsible management of leftover food, ensuring proper covering, labeling, dating, and storage according to company standards. The Food Service Worker is tasked with maintaining clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas, ensuring sanitation and organization of stations and kitchen equipment at shift end.
