The Lead Cabin Appearance Agent is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft cabin by directing tasks such as trash removal, lavatory and magazine restocking, and comprehensive cleaning of seats, tray tables, and floors. The agent ensures all jet cabin appearance duties are performed thoroughly and efficiently and manages daily operation requirements including equipment checks and security searches. This leadership position requires close collaboration with dispatchers and supervisors to guarantee assignment accuracy, while providing coaching and direction to team members. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and demonstrate the ability to maintain professional relationships with fellow employees, management, and regulatory authorities. The role demands consistent adherence to safety protocols, the use of personal protective equipment such as face shields and hearing protection, and vigilance around aircraft and moving vehicles.
