The Catering Delivery Driver position at QDOBA plays an essential role in representing the brand directly to customers during the delivery of catering orders. This role requires an individual who is not only reliable and safe on the road but also friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing the highest level of guest service. As a face of QDOBA, the delivery driver brings enthusiasm and great hospitality, ensuring every order arrives timely, accurately, and in excellent condition. The Catering Delivery Driver ensures that each delivery is a seamless extension of the QDOBA experience, maintaining food quality, proper presentation, and timely service. In addition to delivering orders, the Catering Delivery Driver will assist as a crew member when not on the road, contributing to the overall team effort within the restaurant. This includes helping with food preparation, unloading products, arranging food and drinks, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. The position involves responsibility for obtaining guests' signatures on orders and making sure that all deliveries comply with safety and quality standards. The driver must strategically plan the delivery route to maximize efficiency and minimize delays. The pay range for this position is $14.35 to $18.35 per hour, and drivers are eligible to receive a flat rate catering service fee for eligible delivered catering orders.
