The role of Deli/Bakery Manager is a key leadership position focused not only on customer service and day-to-day management but also on staffing, training, compliance, and inventory oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting every customer entering the deli/bakery department, ensuring all products are fresh and prepared according to company procedures, and upholding safety and health standards including adherence to Illinois Health Code Rules and Regulations.
