Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is currently hiring part-time team members for their Woodland Hills ice cream shop located in Los Angeles, California. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for ice cream. Team members serve as ambassadors for the Van Leeuwen brand, upholding the highest standards of service and embedding themselves as key contributors to a warm and inviting community environment. The position offers competitive compensation, paying $20.00 per hour plus an average of $11 per hour in tips, reflecting the company’s transparency and commitment to equitable pay. The ideal candidate will be available to work at least three shifts weekly, including late hours past midnight, making it ideal for flexible, self-starters who thrive both independently and in team settings. Team members engage in various tasks such as preparing and serving menu items, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and delivering outstanding guest service. The role also involves inventory management and adherence to health and safety guidelines, including holding a valid Department of Health Food Handlers License. • Able to push/pull and lift 50 lbs of weight
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
