The Linen Attendant role at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix is essential to the smooth operation of the hotel’s housekeeping department. This position involves handling all tasks related to the distribution, collection, and maintenance of linens throughout the property. The Linen Attendant ensures that guest rooms, linen closets, and laundry areas are adequately stocked and maintained, supporting a clean and efficient guest environment. Responsibilities include delivering clean linens to guest room attendants, collecting dirty linens to be sent to laundry, managing trash and recycling from attendant carts, and maintaining linen closets securely. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Teamwork and communication are highly valued, as this position interacts with various hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Linen Attendant also contributes to the overall safety and cleanliness of the hotel by performing duties such as vacuuming hallways, sweeping and mopping stairwells, and ensuring that vending machine areas are tidy.
