The featured role is for a Housekeeping Attendant responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout assigned areas of the hotel. This position requires ensuring that service landing closets are stocked adequately with linen and supplies, managing garbage and linen removal on guest room floors, and assisting Guest Room Attendants during their duties. The Housekeeping Attendant plays a critical role in upholding Omni’s 4-Diamond level of service by keeping guest corridors, stairwells, doorways, and public elevator landings clean and tidy. Attention to detail is paramount; daily dusting of baseboards and pictures, removal of scuff marks from doors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the ice machine room are essential tasks. The individual must be comfortable moving furniture when requested, accommodating guest requests promptly, and demonstrating a strong sense of urgency to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff is also a key responsibility of the role. Candidates for this position should be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and engaging in repetitive motions of the arms, hands, and legs.
