The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks ranging from dusting and vacuuming to specialized clean-up operations. Housekeeping Associates work in diverse areas including resident rooms, common dining areas, kitchens, living rooms, hallways, and administrative spaces. They also follow strict infection control and safety protocols to promote a healthy environment. This position demands attention to detail as well as adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Beyond routine maintenance, the Housekeeping Associate at EverTrue is entrusted with mixing, labeling, and using approved cleaning products safely and effectively. They are trained to conduct clean-ups involving hazardous materials and biological substances such as blood spills, ensuring compliance with infection control guidelines.
