- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least six months prior housekeeping experience
- experience in senior living, hospitality, or related environment preferred
- ability to perform physically active tasks including bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and make decisions in emergency situations
- proficiency in English
