• high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• at least six months prior housekeeping experience
• experience in senior living, hospitality, or related environment preferred
• ability to perform physically active tasks including bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to remain calm and make decisions in emergency situations
• proficiency in English
