This role is vital in maintaining the community's cleanliness, comfort, and safety standards. You will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks in various areas such as resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness spaces. Ensuring these spaces meet community and regulatory standards, especially in cleanliness and infection control, is essential to providing a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff. As a Housekeeper, you embody a positive customer service attitude by being approachable and friendly while helping and responding to the evolving needs of our residents with flexibility and respect for their rights.
Dependability and personal initiative are highly valued in this position. You will be expected to perform your duties reliably with minimal supervision, maintaining consistent work attendance and promptly addressing any work-related issues through appropriate communication channels. Confidentiality concerning resident and staff information is paramount, so a professional and neat appearance is also required to reflect the high standards of our community.
The ideal candidate will have one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
