Housekeeper/Driver - $14 to $18 per HOUR

We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for making a meaningful difference. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for our residents. The Housekeeper will perform daily cleaning tasks across various parts of the community, including resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated locations. Ensuring efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests is a priority, as is maintaining compliance with community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the quality of life of each resident by providing a clean and comfortable environment that supports their health and happiness. In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, this opportunity may intersect with important community support services, including safe and reliable transportation provided by the Driver role. The Driver is critical in assisting residents with mobility needs, ensuring they can maintain their independence by facilitating timely transportation to medical appointments, outings, shopping trips, and community events. The Driver also supports vehicle maintenance, helps with planning transportation needs for scheduled events, and fosters a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Both roles require individuals who display a positive customer service attitude, adaptability, reliability, and strong communication skills. Respecting residents' rights and maintaining confidentiality are paramount. Candidates for the Housekeeper position should have one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A neat and clean appearance, consistent work attendance, the ability to complete job duties without constant supervision, and a willingness to assist others reflect the ideal personal qualities.
