As a Housekeeper at Pebble Beach Resorts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards that define this five-star and five-diamond resort operation. This position involves delivering exceptional cleaning and room preparation services to create a welcoming, pristine environment for guests. A typical day will encompass a range of physical tasks requiring stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. As a self-motivated individual, you will be tasked with efficiently carrying out cleaning duties such as transferring linens and towels, replenishing room amenities, folding and hanging towels, and cleaning guest room bathrooms and fixtures. The role demands physical dexterity including ability to lift, bend, stretch, kneel, and balance throughout the shift, ensuring every guest room exceeds quality standards with a minimum inspection score of 95%. You will also be charged with reporting any maintenance issues or room deficiencies promptly to management to safeguard guest comfort and safety. Moreover, communication is key as you will need to coordinate effectively with supervisors, managers, and fellow staff members, while also interacting professionally with guests as needed. A strong understanding of sanitation standards and cleaning protocols is essential to perform duties with precision and care while adhering to safety regulations and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Beyond individual tasks, you will be an integral part of maintaining the overall flow of room readiness and ensuring that any emergency or suspicious activities within the property are reported immediately to enhance guest security.
