Concord Hospitality is currently hiring for the position of Housekeeper/Room Care Associate with an hourly wage of $17.00 and a requirement to work weekends. The Housekeeper/Room Care Associate is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet brand standards. This involves providing the highest quality of service by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, paying close attention to guest needs, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning HVAC systems. Associates are expected to maintain an organized and fully stocked housekeeping cart and assist other departments like the laundry team when necessary. Time management is essential to this role, as associates are encouraged to complete their assigned rooms within an eight-hour workday, helping to prevent unnecessary overtime.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel
