The Housekeeper/Room Care Associate is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet brand standards. Associates are expected to maintain an organized and fully stocked housekeeping cart and assist other departments like the laundry team when necessary. Time management is essential to this role, as associates are encouraged to complete their assigned rooms within an eight-hour workday, helping to prevent unnecessary overtime. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel
